Waterloo Young Black Professionals is a new student-led society for Black undergraduates in the Waterloo Region pursuing careers and entrepreneurship in competitive fields such as finance, consulting, technology, healthcare, engineering, and law.

WYBP builds a community that supports members professionally and personally through networking events, career preparation workshops, mentorship, and skill-building initiatives designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities Black students face in competitive industries.

Our mission is to cultivate confidence, leadership, and long-term career success among our members.
